Payment Options
Inform your coordinator of your preferred pre-payment method from the following.
1. A partial-prepayments invoice covers a long term estimate of upcoming service. You may pay to cover either 1) the duration of the upcoming service or 2) the entire invoice. There is no obligation to pre-pay for hours beyond what you plan. See notes below re confirming payments* and benefits of this option**.
2. Use Paypal*** to prepay against only the email address(es) provided by your authorized coordinator. The coordinator will not generate a manual invoice. 3. Prepay against an invoice per service. A one-off admin fee of USD 3 applies.
* In some cases, you may need to send the payment confirmation screenshot to your consultant so that (s)he can continue working without the coordinator's intervention. You will be advised accordingly.
** Options 1 and 2 offer the benefit of the uninterrupted continuation of services, ie when the coordinator is unable to raise an invoice immediately.
*** Non Paypal options exist but are discussed with the authorized coordinator.
