Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and we’ll only use your personal information and data to administer your account and to provide the services you requested from us. From time to time, we would like to contact you about services, as well as other content that may be of interest to you. By submitting your information, you consent to us contacting you for this purpose.

We aim to protect stakeholders against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of your data.

Refund Policy

Refunds are granted if: 1) clients change their minds no later than up to 24 hours before scheduled consultation sessions 2) clients can not attend scheduled meetings due to verifiable health or natural disaster situations that clearly prevented the postponement or cancellation of the meeting and 3) clients reasonably show the Coordination Team how services have not met the agreed pre-service plan within 24 hours after the delivery of the service in question. Furthermore, refunds can be granted ONLY if all service negotiations occurred through Dissertation Dragon.

Academic Ethics Policy

Hallmarks of Dissertation Dragon consultation services include the acquisition of skills and knowledge while building scholastic maturity and independence. Essential components of our operation are innovation, creativity, truthfulness, insight and respect.

Dissertation Dragon community members, whether consultants, students or administrative staff, must hold themselves and others to the highest standards based on the values of excellence, respect, integrity and accountability. To this end, community members are obligated to refrain from violating academic ethical standards of conduct as outlined below.

Policy Violations
  • Use for submission of the same or substantially similar work of another person, such as a research consultant or other student
  • Use of someone else (such as a research consultant) or the act of being a substitute during an academic evaluation of any type 
  • Falsification of research data and or results
  • Unauthorized transmittal of personal and research data
  • Acts that jeopardize the rights or safety of community members or jeopardizes the orderly functioning of Dissertation Dragon operations
  • Use of examination questions and or answers outside of authorized periods of use or circulation
  • Help others to commit any of these violations
