We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and we’ll only use your personal information and data to administer your account and to provide the services you requested from us. From time to time, we would like to contact you about services, as well as other content that may be of interest to you. By submitting your information, you consent to us contacting you for this purpose.
We aim to protect stakeholders against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of your data.
Refunds are granted if: 1) clients change their minds no later than up to 24 hours before scheduled consultation sessions 2) clients can not attend scheduled meetings due to verifiable health or natural disaster situations that clearly prevented the postponement or cancellation of the meeting and 3) clients reasonably show the Coordination Team how services have not met the agreed pre-service plan within 24 hours after the delivery of the service in question. Furthermore, refunds can be granted ONLY if all service negotiations occurred through Dissertation Dragon.
